Conditions of use

We are a business only supplier. You must have your own business whether you have your own website or use an auction site, or retail outlet. If you are not a reseller you will be unable to make a purchase from us. Check out our links page for retailers of our stock

When you contact us you must include your business name or auction user id so we can verify you as a reseller, if you do not meet our requirements will not authorize your account.

You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use the site.

Delivery

Items that are held in stock will be dispatched within 48-72 hours many within 24 hours of purchase. Some of our items are ordered from USA/Hong Kong and we aim to dispatch these to your customer between 7-14 days. However we do ask that you allow up to 21-28 days especially during peak times, i.e. Halloween and Christmas to cover any potential delivery delays with our couriers.

All items are sent in discreet packaging with no indication as to their contents via recorded delivery. If the item gets returned as not signed for your customer will have to repay the postage costs.

Refunds

We are a Drop shipper/Wholesaler, and we will only accept returns if the item is faulty or significantly different from the description. You will have to decide on your own returns policy for change of mind, wrong size ordered ETC. Also if you find any faults with your purchase you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancelled orders

Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, refunds will only be issued should our dispatch of your order take more than the stated 28 days, this allow's for any potential delays in deliveries from our suppliers. Should your customer wish to cancel the order before the 28 days, we can hold the item here for you or dispatch to your home address.

Errors

Although we try and ensure that all prices & descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or description or canceling it.

Stock Errors

On rare occasions when we are unable to supply an item within the specified time we will contact you with an option of a refund for the out of stock items, and an estimated time for delivery so you can choose to wait or exchange for a similar item.

You are agreeing to and accepting our terms of service when you place your order for an item from this site

Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices, remove items, without prior nottice, We will however send a email to all customers on the database informing them of any changes.

CSV/Easy Populate Files

Please note that we make these files available only on a business to retailer basis. These files may only be used to populate your retail website and auction account or otherwise retail based usage such as catalog for party planning. These files cannot be used to populate any other business without our written consent.
